I have a great love of botanical painting and the detail it captures. The representation of species of plants (and animals) in a careful study can often pick out features the camera can’t. This is not to decry botanical or zoological photography – there’s some wonderful photographic work out there – but in painting plants and animals, you can draw the eye to parts of the subject that might otherwise be missed.
I charge upwards of £280 for an original watercolour study of any plant/bird/animal; depending on size and complication. I use PayPal to take all payments.
Sorry but I am not currently taking on new commissions.
